The site&#39;s database needs an overhaul and upgrade. During this maintenance time, there will be minimal functionality. We are sorry for this. Alex&nbsp;has very kindly offered to have one of his company&#39;s computer experts work on the site, at some expense to himself.&nbsp;I am very grateful&nbsp;for his expertise and generosity. We seem to have attracted the&nbsp;mischievous&nbsp;attentions of an SC devotee. <\/p>\n<p>We will let you all know of our progress as soon as possible. This cannot be emphasised enough. There is no record of any Westerner being mugged, never mind kidnapped. Women can walk home alone in the small hours.
