Notorious ISIS propagandist ‘Shami Witness’ has been identified by Channel 4. I remember not long ago a twitter user claimed to have identified him as a Libyan living in Sheffield (UK) and promised more info to follow so it was a surprise to learn today he was an Indian in Bangalore.
